Rialacha uainíochta

Rialacha uainíochta mar atá sa mheamram agus sna healaíona – Ní gá do bhaill an bhoird éirí as trí uainíocht ach tá riail 5 bliana curtha i bhfeidhm ag Fíbín, ar aontaigh an bord leis. Tá muid sa phróiseas faoi láthair ina bhfuil muid ag déanamh nuashonrú ar ár n-airteagail chomhlachais chun an rud céanna a léiriú. Braitheann muid gurbh tréimhse ama maith í sin chun aithne a chur ar an gcomhlacht agus a bheith éifeachtach agus ag am ceánna beidh muid ag seachaint an cás go mairfidh an bord ró-fhada. Cinnteoidh sé seo rialú maith corparáideach.

Rules of Rotation

Rules of Rotation as per memo and arts – Board members are not required to retire by rotation but Fíbín has implemented a 5 year rule which has been agreed by the board. We are in the process of updating our articles of association to reflect same. We feel that this is a good period of time to get to know the company and to be effective and avoid the board becoming self perpetuating. This will ensure good corporate governance.
